About This Mod

OpenIV is one of, if not the best modding tool available to the GTA community. It allows the user to make an astronomical amount of changes to the internal files of both Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto V.

Easy to access File Manager
Game Asset Viewer (models, audio, maps, etc.)
.rpf file modification/replacement (add custom vehicles, maps, handling, etc.)
Supports .oiv packages (a mod setup package for quick installation)

OpenIV has a Discord server, but it is not actively moderated 
and filled with people spamming self-promotion.
Therefore, I have not decided to link it.

OpenIV can be installed directly through their website.
While their website may seem outdated, the installation is always available.
