Purchase a lexis activation key and upon purchase you will receive instructions on menu usage.
Lexis is hands down the best mod menu available for GTA 5 right now.
Lexis has its own battleye bypass, you get a ton of things to do with it.
However, Lexis does get kernel access to your PC because of its Battleye Bypass.
There have been no reports/evidence that Lexis has done anything malicious to its users.
