About This Mod

FSL (Force Save Local/WINMM.dll) is a BE bypass script. It is the safest way to mod in 2025. FSL is not supported by all mod menus, so you need to read their documentation. While FSL is a BE bypass, it's not guaranteed you won't be banned. Modding games with heavy Anti-Cheats such as BE is always risky. However, if you don't go hog wild with your mod menus, you should be safe.

FSL creates and uses a locally created save file of your online data. 
Normally, your online data like your money, cars, are sent to Rockstars servers.
When you use FSL, you are preventing your data from being sent to their servers 
and instead right on your computer.

It is highly recommended to backup your data before use.
You can access your FSL save file here: %AppData%\Roaming\FSL.


There is no current way to modify your save, but with CodeWalker, you can view it.
Download FSL, it will be titled "WINMM.dll"
Place WINMM.dll inside of your ROOT GTA V directory. (where your gta5.exe is located)

Next, you need to disable battle eye through the Rockstar Launcher.
If you are using Steam, or Epic, you're also going to need to change the launch arguments.
Put "-nobattleye" in the launch arguments box without the quotations.

To use the integrated Money Cheat Menu, simply press the tilde key (~) on your keyboard. 
A text box will appear where you will input the codes..

100M: Adds $100M
1B: Adds $1B
10B: Adds $10B
